It has been more and more plans of constructing very high buildings in Wola district. An interesting, 180-metre-high building is going to be built next to Daszynskiego Roundabout (intersection of Towarowa and Prosta streets).

A Spanish developer Pro Urba will be the building's investor and its design was made by Polish architectural workshop AMC, which is led by well-known architect Andrzej M. Choldzynski. The building will have a round shape, its section will be elliptical. It will consist of two segments, each of them will have a different pattern of elevation. In the lower part (up to 20th floor) offices will be located and in the upper-part - flats. On each floor of the residential part a winter garden will be located. On the last two floors there will be a place for two-leveled apartments. Thanks to a special film the building's elevation will be covered with, the skyscraper will sparkle with different colours. That is why it will be called Kaleidoscope. The building will have 4 underground levels with car parks.

Apart from the 180-metre-high tower three other buildings will be parts of the investment. A second, lower tower, will be one of them. It will have 23 floors, will be 80 metres high and will be fully of office use. The third building will have 4 floors and shops will be located in it. The fourth one will be a 2-floored linking building, also with shops.

It is worth mentioning that Pro Urba company does not plan to construct only those two buildings in that area. A bit further, in the area of Kolejowa, Przyokopowa and Sienna streets, in the place of former factories, a large residential district is planned. It will consists of few block of flats, where 1300 apartments will be located altogether.
