At the end of 2007 plans concerning a construcion of a large complex of buildings called Libretto Park appeared. They would be situated next to the junction of Siekierkowska highway with Czerniakowska street. Its investor would be Mayland Real Estate, which belongs to French group Casino. Offices, apartments and a four-star hotel would be located here. Next to Siekierkowska highway office building would be situated. They would shelter blocks of flats located behind them from the noise. And next to the junction two 140-metre-high skyscrapers would stand.
Today, the place of the future complex are yet completely undeveloped - there are widespread meadows here. But this is a very attractive place - located not so far away from the centre and with quite well communication. So for sure, sooner or later it will be developed. An idea of office and apartments complex seems to be logical, such object would also play a role in creating a new part of the city - it would speed up the development of surrounding areas. There is only a question if it makes sense to built so high buildings relatively far away from the rest of Warsaw skyscrapers. They would be lonely here, which would not look good in the city's landscape.
