This skyscraper, one of lower ones in Warsaw has an untypical function. In most Warsaw skyscrapers there are offices, apartments or hotel rooms. But this one is a student house.
The building is one of the oldest Warsaw skyscrapers, in was built in 1964. In years 1996-99 the building was renovated, it gained a new, blue elevation then, also arrangement of rooms inside was changed.
In the lower part of the building there is a student club "Riviera - Remont" and some commercial space. On the lower part, from Polna street, there is a relief - the periodic table - unfortunately it is very neglected.
