The TPSA skyscraper at Nowogrodzka street (Centre for Telecommunication Systems) does not have a very outstanding architectural style. It is a typical, simple, grey office building which dates back to 1970s. What is more, its location is also not very suitable: this fragment of the centre of Warsaw survived quite well during Second World War. Many valuable house from the end of 19th and the beginning of the 20th century stands in the neighbourhood and this building just emerges among them quite surprisingly.
It is worth mentioning, that the building is not the only 'telephonic' accent in this area: a modernistic building of Long-distance Calls and the Post Office neighbours with it from the northern side.
