Warta Tower is (for now) the highest building in the quarter between Towarowa, Prosta, Zelazna and Jerozolimskie Avenue. It is 82 metres high, so it does not belong to the highest buildings in the city. Its construction took place during investments' boom in late 1990s and early 2000s. It has a simple and elegant form, it is a symmetrical solid, with glass elevations (which are, unfortunately, often covered with advertising sheets). Maybe the building could look a little bit better if it was a bit higher, as it stands in quite significant place.

The tower houses offices of well known company Warta. Inside, the most interesting element is a large patio with a garden, full of exotic plants.

In the future the importance of the building in the city's panorama will probably decrease, as few higher skyscrapers are suppose to arise in the close neighbourhood: Chmielna Development and the skyscraper of Polish Post.
